Q : Where can I do the deposit?
A : Deposits can be made at ATM Setor Tarik or transfers to other BCA accounts/other bank accounts and BCA Branches.
Q : What is the amount and nominal of the deposit that must be made?
A : Deposits must be made in accordance with the provisions of the type of BCA account chosen by the Customer.
Q : How to get a BCA Passport card?
A : BCA Passport Cards can be picked up at all BCA Branches, by showing the email confirmation for opening an online account.
Q : I have made a m-Transfer/m-Payment/m-Commerce transaction but haven't received a Traveloka e-Voucher from BCA?
A : BCA will send a unique code via SMS to the customer's registered mobile number for account opening via BCA mobile within 14 (fourteen) working days after the customer makes the transaction requirements.
